  • Identifying, targeting, and securing strategic enterprise accounts to grow our corporate market share.
  • Steering complex, 18+ month sales lifecycles end-to-end — from prospecting to negotiation to successful transition.
  • Developing and executing detailed account plans with a strong data and commercial lens.
  • Engaging directly with C‑Suite leaders across major organisations to build lasting, trusted relationships.
  • Collaborating deeply across the business — from Revenue Management to Network Planning, Product, Finance, Legal and more.
  • Crafting tailored solutions that align customer needs with Virgin Australia’s growing network, products and capabilities.
  • Leading commercial proposals and negotiating complex agreements, supported by robust business cases and ROI models.
  • Representing the voice of the customer to influence future strategy and product development.

 

Be to successful:



  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise sales with C‑Suite engagement.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving strategic growth with large, complex organisations.
  • Advanced capability managing long-cycle enterprise sales programs, bids and tenders.
  • An exceptional ability to influence executive stakeholders — internally and externally.
  • Commercial acumen, financial literacy and data-led decision making.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM management and enterprise engagement frameworks.
  • A proactive, polished and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to connect the dots and unlock value for all parties.
