Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve ambitious sales targets, with a particular focus on leveraging Sabre’s advanced API-driven solutions and technology platforms.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team KPIs while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop top sales talent, creating a high-performance team culture that thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Serve as a key executive sponsor for major accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction by aligning Sabre’s innovative solutions with client needs, including those requiring complex API integrations.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and differentiate Sabre’s offerings in a competitive landscape.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting to senior leadership, emphasizing technology solutions and their impact on client success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer success teams, to align sales efforts with Sabre’s broader business strategy, ensuring technical solutions and API capabilities are central to sales initiatives.


Qualifications And Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • Deep expertise in navigating and applying API-based technologies to deliver business solutions and drive client success in a tech-driven environment.  Previous experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or product manager would be beneficial.
  • 10+ years of experience working in the travel technology, airline, or hospitality industries.  Proven experience with modern GDS technology is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in regional or global markets.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes, with a focus on leveraging technology solutions.
  • Proven experience with leading complex sales cycles involving technology implementations, API-driven solutions, and advanced integrations that align with client needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, financial deal modeling, and the ability to interpret complex technical requirements.
