As a Merchandising Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing our website to life. You’ll help deliver our merchandising plan, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimised to drive customer engagement and conversion.

You’ll collaborate across the business to plan and deliver weekly website activity, support personalisation initiatives, and continuously improve how customers navigate and experience our site.

·    Deliver and optimise the website merchandising plan to drive engagement and conversion

·    Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand and commercial priorities

·    Support the delivery of the personalisation roadmap and tailored customer experiences

·    Use Sitecore CMS as a subject matter expert, coaching others where needed

·    Identify opportunities for content and functionality improvements and manage the backlog

·    Collaborate with development teams to deliver enhancements

·    Plan weekly merchandising activity by gathering input from stakeholders

·    Support partnerships and on-site initiatives to drive additional revenue

·    Deliver updates across key pages including the homepage and high-traffic areas

·    Use analytics tools to track performance and identify improvement opportunities

·    Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and high quality

·    Coordinate multi-market campaigns to ensure consistency across regions


Requirements of the Role


We’re looking for someone who combines strong digital expertise with a proactive mindset and a passion for improving customer experiences.

·    Experience using Sitecore CMS

·    Experience using Google Analytics or similar tools

·    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·    Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

·    Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

·    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·    Understanding of digital marketing and website performance

·    Organised with strong planning skills


It would be great if you also have

·    Experience creating and managing content with an understanding of SEO

·    Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

Practicalities

This is a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract due to begin in July 2026. We support hybrid working and spend time together as a team in our Luton HQ offices.
