Accountabilities


  • Owns one or more digital journey & or AI powered customer journeys for shaping the roadmap & executing seamless omni-channel experiences, aligned with business strategies and objectives. Executes digital product enhancements using AI-assisted insights, personalization signals, and behavioral analytics.
  • Identify & drive business opportunities through consistently optimising Digital product capabilities and developing unique value propositions for digitization.
  • Develop business analysis or value propositions, with inputs from wider business stakeholders, for digital investments and priorities in product development.
  • Define & drive conversion funnels analytics, drop-offs, session replay, NPS metrics, to identify optimization opportunities and track product performance, through appropriate benchmarking & enabling innovative business solutions. Translate AI and data insights into prioritized backlog items and measurable product changes.
  • Identifying friction points & opportunities by assessing end-to-end Digital experiences through a data-driven approach, understanding user interactions & to validate product features, problems and/or opportunities. Support implementation of intelligent search, dynamic content selection, and contextual recommendations. Ensure AI enabled digital capabilities aligns with governance, brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to drive optimizations, to determine the ideal way to present features or offers and eliminate usability issues.


Education and Experience


  • 5+ years’ experience working in product management with strong analytical skills. 
  • Deep expertise in eCommerce or airline digital ecosystems, including & not limited to booking, payments, loyalty, self-service, merchandising etc.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies in fast-paced consumer centric environment.
  • Airline business specialist and knowledge with proven ability to drive solutions.  
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with strong communication, analytical and presentation skills, across commercial stakeholder teams, technology and UX verticals.
  • AI-aware product executor, comfortable using AI assisted analytics & optimization tools.
