As Director of Maintenance, you'll bring strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership to maintain compliance with regulatory standards, optimize fleet performance, and minimize operational downtime.

In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies aligned with our airline's ambitious goals and regulatory requirements. You'll provide visionary leadership to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement that enhances operational performance across our growing fleet.

You can expect to implement and oversee robust safety and quality assurance programs, promoting a proactive safety culture within the maintenance team. You'll work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing cost-effectiveness while maintaining high safety standards, and stay abreast of aviation regulations and industry best practices to ensure full compliance.

This is a critical role where your leadership will directly enhance fleet reliability, operational safety, and Riyadh Air's reputation for maintenance excellence.
