Position: Customer Service Representative

Position Start: Immediately


Responsibilities & Main Functions:


  • Purchase Order Administration, Order Entry, and Order Management through Microsoft D365 and AX2012. Support transition of systems from AX2012 to D365


  • As part of the order management process, review customers’ PO details, changes to orders, and other requests against the company’s internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and traceability


  • Provide day to day pre and after sales customer service support to existing and potential customers in the region


  • Act as liaison between customers’ purchasing and quality teams and the company’s internal teams at various locations globally


  • Delivery and Logistics Support


  • Documentation support


  • Assist local Sales & Marketing team with day to day activities such as forecasting, material and order coverage, payments, quality issues, and month end closures


  • Assist with office administration work as required


Requirements:


  • Malaysian Citizen


  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree


  • Required skills: MS Office and knowledge of MRP/ERP order management systems are essential


  • Open and willing to learn new skills


  • Required languages: Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, is essential. Knowledge of Thai or Vietnamese languages is an advantage


  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role


  • Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam


  • Experience and understanding of working in a diverse working environment


  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to go the extra mile to complete assigned tasks


  • Good time management skills with the ability to multi task and work under pressure


  • Full time position


  • Candidate must be pleasant, friendly, and outgoing in nature


Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm


Candidate must also be able to occasionally work at odd hours from home at night or early morning depending on plant locations in the EU or US, as needed to support customer requirements.
