We need your help to:

• Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify
• details and prepare reports.
• Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general
• inquiries.
• To exceed client’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Confidentiality Standards
• Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments

Your superpower will be:

• To possess at least a Degree level qualification (for EP application)
• or Diploma with 7 years working experience
• Required language(s): English + Vietnamese
• 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! – Full Training Provided
• Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office
• Good typing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
