Job Description

  • Full time (8 hours per day, 7 day roster shift role), permanent opportunity


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, monitor and amend the scheduling of training and logistics to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Formulate constructive plans for each roster period
  • Produce rosters that deliver the business training program 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and industrial award obligations
  • Develop an optimised rostering process that meets the needs of all key stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain efficient training patterns to support the current operational rosters in both the planned and operational environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in relation to operational needs
  • Lateral thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Highly organised with proven ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Working knowledge of the flying program, business and Crew requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Business or Logistics related field (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the Australian Industrial framework, Company Policy and CASA regulations (desirable)
  • Experience in Training System (e.g. Jeppesen, ARMS desirable)
