WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently, cost-effectively and by upholding SITA's Employer brand, the candidate experience, and the hiring manager journey.
  • Coach and influence hiring managers on best practices around recruitment strategy, process, candidate care, timelines, interviews, and Diversity & Inclusion
  • Lead hiring manager briefing meetings to understand the business needs and create a detailed document to cover requirements, key strategies, and outcomes.
  • Drive insight-led conversations with hiring managers using LinkedIn, iCims and other data sources.
  • Write compelling job adverts that drive attraction and ensure compliance.
  • Be accountable for candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback.
  • Partner with the talent sourcing team to design and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Screen resumes and prospects; Manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to final offer.
  • Utilize iCims effectively to ensure process compliance, minimize GDPR risk, increase data quality and focus on reporting and analytics.
  • Advise and support Hiring Managers and internal colleagues through internal moves.
  • Work with the team on process improvements and value-add projects as needed.


Qualifications


EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with successfully delivering hiring campaigns within an in-house, agency or RPO environment.
  • Confident to challenge and be consultative with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven experience of various evaluation methods and of interviewing candidates 
  • Able to develop effective relationships and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders across a breadth of countries and cultural differences.
  • Data-driven mindset to demonstrate the impact of recruitment initiatives via reporting and insights.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
