What you’ll be doing

As Specialist, Commercial Performance (Revenue Management), you’ll play a key role in supporting the performance and optimisation of our Revenue Management and broader Commercial function.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Performance, you’ll help drive our transformation roadmap, enhance revenue forecasting capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities to unlock value across inventory, ancillaries sand the broader commercial portfolio.

You’ll also:

  • Support the evolution and improvement of both our flown revenue and ancillary revenue forecasting models, including automation, enhanced drivers and improved visualisation
  • Perform advanced analytics, including elasticity modelling, to understand demand behaviour, pricing impacts and market dynamics
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue performance through pricing strategies, inventory optimisation and data-led insights
  • Analyse competitor activity, capacity changes and broader market conditions to inform strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to cross-functional business cases with robust data, insights and commercial recommendations
  • Support executive-level reporting, distilling complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for ELT and Board audiences
  • Play an active role in transformation initiatives that drive long-term commercial value

Above all, you’ll bring curiosity, analytical rigour, and a passion for turning data into meaningful commercial outcomes.

You’ll be great in this role if you have…

  • Experience in strategy, consulting, or commercial performance roles (e.g. 2+ years in top-tier consulting or 5+ years in industry)
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate business questions into clear, data-driven insights
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets to uncover actionable opportunities
  • A track record of developing high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders (including executive or board level)
  • The ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and drive clarity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Bonus points if you bring:

  • Experience in the airline, travel or a consumer-focused industry
  • Exposure to revenue management, pricing or commercial strategy
  • Experience supporting commercial focused transformation programs

You’ll also be naturally curious, detail-oriented, and quick to learn – with a strong understanding of commercial drivers and a passion for delivering value.
