Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to grow the cargo and private charter business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding, logistics, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and luxury travel agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cargo brokers, freight forwarders, shippers, and other potential clients.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and flight planning, to ensure seamless execution of cargo charter services.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote services and expand business reach.


Job requirements


Skills and Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in cargo and private charter sales or related roles within the aviation industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the cargo and private charter market, including cargo brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies.
  • Strong understanding of freight logistics, air cargo regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
