You are responsible for maximizing cargo flight revenue through effective capacity management and yield optimization strategies, while overseeing the reservation process to ensure efficient and accurate booking processes with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute yield optimization strategies across assigned routes/flights; analyse demand, competitor pricing, and seasonality to set and approve optimal rate thresholds; manage overbooking levels and proactively clear backlogs to maximize net revenue per flight
  • Allocate cargo space per flight to maximize load utilization while minimizing spoilage and spill
  • Oversee end‑to‑end bookings, modifications, special cargo handling, and collaborate with other team for operations
  • Resolve escalated inquiries and disputes promptly, ensuring professional and timely responses to all stakeholders
  • Track KPIs (load factor, revenue per unit, conversion) and deliver regular performance dashboards
  • Align with sales, airport ops, ground handlers, Cargo Terminal Operators, and external partners to ensure seamless cargo flow
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years in air cargo industry, specifically in reservations, or revenue control, or capacity management (airline, GSSA, or major freight forwarder)
  • Solid working knowledge of IATA regulations, dangerous goods procedures, and AWB/documentation standards
