Purpose of the position:


To support the execution of cadet recruitment activities by coordinating events, managing candidate assessments and documentation, and conducting financial background checks, ensuring a professional and compliant recruitment process aligned with company policies and operational standards.

Responsibilities:


  • Support in executing recruitment strategies and operational tasks.
  • Organize and manage cadet recruitment events, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
  • Administer candidate assessments and pre-screening activities using the MyHR system.
  • Review and verify candidate documentation in line with recruitment policies.
  • Conduct financial background checks for selected candidates in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment status, event outcomes, and candidate progress.
  • Conduct virtual Open Days and respond to inquiries via cadet program mailboxes.
  • Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates.
  • Maintain and update the cadet candidate database.
  • Liaise with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Create promotional materials, newsletters, and presentations to support cadet engagement and program visibility.
  • Monitor recruitment events and provide candidate support during assessments.

 

Requirements:



  • 1+ years of experience, previous experience in HR operations, aviation administration, or similar support roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in HR systems and onboarding processes
  • Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
