Your Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for safeguarding Cabin Host/esses’s welfare ensuring the team is motivated, aligned with the company culture and supported adequately to operate safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business on various operational initiatives and/or projects.
  • Build a professional rapport with your team and be an ambassador for their professional development.
  • Carry out timely performance reviews in line with company objectives.
  • Address underperformance in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Monitor sickness and absence trends in line with best practices.
  • Support on various daily operational requirements as necessary.
  • Identify talent and celebrate success through the various opportunities and platforms that the business offers.
  • Ensure that departmental processes and procedures are maintained and improved in line with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Accountable for the oversight of new aircraft stocking and inventories, safety reports, flight briefs, and audits.
  • Travel as and when necessary to cover duties directly relating to the role, or otherwise.
  • Undergo VistaJet’s initial Cabin Host/ess training and cover operational flights as necessary from time to time.
  • Engage in the workplace with enthusiasm, perseverance, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to complement company standards.


Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

 

  • Have the right to live and work in Europe.
  • Willing to travel and relocate as needed across the Vista network.
  • Tertiary education, previous aviation and/or managerial experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under own initiative, independently as well as within a team.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Be highly motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
