Role Overview

As part of VistaJet’s global workforce, you will be supported by our experienced Cabin Management Team, ensuring you are empowered to deliver an elevated and seamless experience from the moment your clients step onboard.

• Roster pattern: 17 days on / 13 days off
• Your rest days are protected to support balance and wellbeing, with some flexibility required.
• You will take full ownership of the cabin experience, combining impeccable service, refined presentation, and uncompromising safety standards.
• This role offers exceptional variety, operating worldwide as well as throughout China—no two days, routes, or clients are ever the same.
• You will receive continuous guidance, performance support, and professional development from our Cabin Management Team, available 365 days a year.

Your journey with VistaJet begins at our training in Malta, delivered by industry-leading trainers. This immersive programme refines your service excellence, ensuring you are fully equipped to deliver calm, confident, and polished service in every situation.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Requirements

• A natural passion for luxury service, with an instinctive eye for detail
• Warm, elegant, and effortlessly approachable
• Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin.
• Cantonese preferred however not mandatory. 
• Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals within a luxury hospitality environment
• Willingness to obtain a second passport from your home country for operational purposes
