PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


Updates and Follow-Ups:


  • Update APE results (Fit to Fly Certificate) and Medical Certificates in AIMS; ensure scanning and filing.
  • Coordinate with HRD on maternity and sick leave attendance and check-ins. 


Documentation and Communication:


  • Prepare and encode APE request letters, Fit to Fly Certificates, and official letters for resigned Cabin Crew.
  • Email People Department for timely distribution of uniforms and equipment.


Uniforms and Equipment Management:


  • Oversee distribution and monthly inventory of crew uniforms and accessories; ensure accurate deliveries and receipt filing. 


Fun Flight Prizes:


  • Manage fun flight prizes, including documentation of damages and weekly monitoring to prevent losses.


Database Management:


  • Update Cabin Crew information in AIMS, including API registration, visa, and bank details.


Visa and Compliance:


  • Handle Chinese Visa applications and assist with regulatory manual submissions; ensure distribution of updates to all relevant personnel.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree - preferably in psychology, business administration, tourism management or any related field
  • Preferably with 2-4 years administrative experience in an airline industry
  • Must have intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must be a good communicator (verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills; can deal and manage different personalities
  • Must be organized (with a keen attention for details) and comfortable working within timelines/deadlines
