You'll supervise day-to-day performance management, set and appraise annual goals, and provide coaching and constructive feedback that transforms good into exceptional. You can expect to drive consistency across the Cabin Crew performance department while promoting best practices.

At every instance, you will promote a high-performance culture by fostering collaboration, engagement, and adherence to Riyadh Air values (FRESH), whilst supporting Cabin Crew through guidance and leadership to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

About You

You will demonstrate a minimum of 5+ years of inflight operational experience with demonstrated understanding of cabin crew roles, service standards, and regulatory compliance.
