Customer Service Specialist ( Mandarin speaking/writing and basic English)

Type : Fulltime and permanent position

Job task : Attend email, inbound & outbound customer queries and problem

Working days : Rotational working days (5 days working 2 days leave)

Shift time 24 hours rotation. 9.5 hour per shift including meal breaks

Training Duration: 3-4 weeks

Mode : Work from Office ( No work from Home )

Working Location : Kl Sentral

Basic Salary

* SPM- RM 2600- 3300

* Diploma- RM 2800- 3800

* Degree- RM 3200- RM 4300

KPI Allowances -Additional RM600 per month

Shift Allowance - morning RM30/day, evening RM35/day, midnight RM35/day
