Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and handle the generation, distribution, modification, maintenance, and release of crew rosters. 
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of departmental processes, procedures and manual. 
  • Validate regularly the completeness of the crew line‐up with the flights sectors to be operated and the on‐time maintenance of crew pairings and crew rosters resulting from crew absences, flight changes and other operational factors. 
  • Comply consistently to the relevant CAAP regulations and company policies in managing daily crew pairings and crew rosters. 
  • Manage and maintain the AIMS crew qualification records, e.g. Aircraft qualification. 
  • Coordinate with the concerned crew department in scheduling crew trainings, etc. 
  • Ensure that all rosters are constructed having taken full account of likely new entrant completion dates. 
  • Liaise with Establishment Planning Specialist to ensure pilot training is conducted in accordance with the network crew plan.  
  • Manage all commercial and operational schedule changes by adjusting crew routes and crew rosters. 
  • Work with Cabin Services and Flight Operations to amend and change rosters when operationally necessary. 


Qualifications: 

  • Must be a holder of any bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably with minimum of 2 years airline crew scheduling, planning and controlling experience including 1 year in crew. controlling or planning capacity.
  • Must have knowledge of crew scheduling, crew establishment drivers, and optimizers.
