JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Commercial

1.1 Scheduled Carriers

New Business

  • Meet competitor handled airlines to establish relationships and gather market intelligence
  • Identify potential airline customers and build relationships with both local and overseas management teams
  • Prepare and submit quotations tailored to customer requirements
  • Coordinate airline visits and personally host guests during airport visits
  • Present and promote the company as the preferred handling and service solution for airlines
  • Support negotiation processes to secure competitive commercial rates
  • Facilitate contract finalization and expedite signing processes

Contract Renewal

  • Monitor contract timelines and identify opportunities for renewal discussions
  • Review customer profiles, business volume, and revenue performance
  • Develop renewal strategies and successfully renew contracts and rates
  • Encourage customers to adopt additional services to increase wallet share
  • Support development and implementation of innovative service offerings

Customer Service

  • Monitor market share and revenue yield while driving growth
  • Support airline customers operationally and act as customer advocate internally
  • Build and strengthen relationships with airline headquarters and key stakeholders



2. Commercial Administration

  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams regarding new contracts and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate and updated contract records and documentation
  • Update Finance on new and renewed contract rates and contract periods
  • Prepare monthly reports, study reports, and commercial analysis
  • Conduct audits to ensure billing accuracy according to contractual agreements
  • Facilitate resolution of billing disputes and operational issues
  • Monitor customer feedback and operational responses with proper follow up
  • Prepare annual commercial budgets
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments



3. Branding

  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications on customer updates, service developments, and company announcements
  • Ensure proper use of company branding, logo, and corporate identity
  • Source and recommend suitable corporate gifts and branding materials
  • Coordinate festive gift selections and distributions
  • Support inaugural celebrations for customers’ first handled flights
  • Assist in organizing and hosting corporate functions and events
