As the Boeing Fleet Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Ensure airworthiness and compliance for Jetstar’s 787 fleet in line with CASR Part 42 and Jetstar’s Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition.
• Manage fleet health and reliability programs, including configuration control, defect reporting, airworthiness directives, and modification programs.
• Drive operational performance and AOG recovery by partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders, including Boeing and component suppliers.
• Maintain strong governance of maintenance costs and budgets, ensuring cost-effective contract management and technical issue resolution.
• Provide transparent communication and updates across all levels of the Qantas Group, including Flight Operations, Safety, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Champion innovation and process improvements to enhance fleet metrics and operational efficiency.
• Deliver strong people leadership to the B787 Engineering Fleet Team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
