Responsibilities:

• Monitor route performance and maintain optimal inventory level and overbooking profile by analysing demand patterns and changes to achieve revenue target              
• Optimise revenue by analysing demand patterns and changes and monitor the utilising of PROS Revenue Management system    
• Determine pricing / route strategies and liaise with Pricing team for enhancement           
• Organise sales meeting with sales offices / outstations to identify sales opportunities     
• Formulate sales strategies for normal season and peak season on route planning
• In-charge of special project for revenue and efficiency enhancement     
• Oversee daily operation and recommend process improvements regularly to prevent revenue loss           
• Manage and coach the teammates under responsible coverage 

Requirement:

• University degree holder or above
• Minimum 8 years of working experience (preferable in aviation or travel industry), or 5 years of working experience in Revenue Management
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of aviation commercial                                          
• Good analytical skills, attentive to details, sensible in problem solving and decision-making
• Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organised, detail and result-oriented                                        
• Good communication skills and capable of dealing with different departments
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
