Job Description:

Projects:

  • Work closely with outsourced service providers in driving Logistics & Fulfillment related projects and improve operational performance.
  • Project management, lead and assist in the planning and implementation of Logistics and Fulfillment related projects.
  • Draw up project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources.
  • Ensure that the project status, issues, and changes made are communicated to internal and external stakeholders and appropriate parties are documented appropriately.

Daily Operations:

  • Supporting the Operations Manager, manage the day-to-day In-Airport Collection Centres operations for the E-Commerce business under Changi Airport Group, iShopChangi.
  • Manage the end-to-end workflow of iShopChangi with Merchants - order management and fulfilment operations.
  • Create Operational SOPs for internal and external reference, provide continuous improvement to existing SOPs with close follow up on the implementation of SOPs.
  • Manage 1st level escalation on day-to-day operational matters.
  • Support administratively in areas of budget management and corporate procurement processes (i.e., sourcing of suppliers, processing of invoices and procurement of supplies for Logistics & Fulfillment usage).
  • Any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain management or relevant disciplines.
  • Experience in order fulfilment / project coordination / logistics.
  • Preferable to have experience in managing expectations and communicating with stakeholders and handling various business process related projects.
  • Have excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex and diverse environment.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player, highly motivated, positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • At least 4 years of working experience required.
  • Prior experience in E-Commerce Operations management will be an advantage.
