Role Introduction


Reports to: Global Total Rewards Manager


In this role, you will support the Global Total Rewards Manager in developing the global total rewards programme across multiple locations. The purpose of this role is to ensure the right rewards framework and tools are in place in the Company in order to effectively incentivise and recognise high performance to support the Company to achieve business objectives.

Requirements


  • Item 1 of 6, Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or business-related discipline

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, or business-related disciplineItem 2 of 6, Minimum 6 years of work experience as in-house HR professional and/or in HR consultancy, preferably in multinational / multi-geography organisations with 4 -5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and rewards

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience as in-house HR professional and/or in HR consultancy, preferably in multinational / multi-geography organisations with 4 -5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and rewardsItem 3 of 6, Well-versed with common HR practices and sound knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance, pensions legislations and other relevant laws and regulation for Hong Kong, and other regions around the world will be advantageous
