Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure inflight systems, sales channels, and reports support business growth.
• Lead pricing-demand activities to optimize revenue strategies.
• Analyze historical and current performance to forecast future trends.
• Develop business cases for projects enhancing revenue and customer experience.
• Oversee inflight OPEX and CAPEX budgeting.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Partner with marketing to develop brand-centric promotions that optimize sales.
• Seek opportunities to outpace competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or other related.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in airline ancillary revenue analysis, strategy, marketing, and systems, preferably within LCCs.
• Proficiency in Navitaire, SkySpeed, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management skills and a P&L mindset.
• Knowledge of menu cost matrices, GLPs, LOPAs, and BFE technical specifications.
• Behavioral: Solution-oriented, excellent communication, and confident in delivering presentations.
