Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver assurance work hands-on: planning, fieldwork, reporting, and tracking audit findings implementation status
  • Act as both team member and team leader (in-charge) for various audit assignments
  • Work closely with IT Internal Audit team in an integrated audit approach
  • Lead meetings, analyse data, review documents, prepare working papers, and develop findings/recommendations
  • Manage senior stakeholders across multiple departments/geographical areas with varying priorities
  • As in-charge: plan and deploy audit resources to ensure timely and on-budget completion
  • Ensure high-quality audits by understanding the business, industry, and risks
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports with agreed-upon recommendations and solutions
  • Exercise sound professional judgment and scepticism while dealing with ambiguity
  • Handle ad hoc projects and whistleblowing investigations as required
  • Drive continuous improvement in Internal Audit practices and methodology
  • Provide coaching, training, supervision, and feedback to audit team
  • Motivate and support team to deliver high-quality work, leading by example
  • Work independently and exercise initiative and judgement, propose solutions to senior management
  • Maintain professional development and share knowledge with team
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times


Requirements


  • Degree from a reputable institution with CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in internal/external audit from recognized firms or corporations
  • Knowledge of internal audit best practices preferred; experience leading small audit teams is an advantage
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills; able to work independently and in remote/matrix environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English
  • Strong report writing and problem-solving skills; commercially focused
  • Self-initiated team player who can meet tight schedules independently
  • Able to build strong relationships across business units and all levels of stakeholders
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
