
1.Familiar with overseas leading civil aviation regulations, including those regulations for pilot training organizations, maintenance organizations, airlines, and aircraft airworthiness certification requirements,etc.
2.Experience in the establishment of overseas airlines, training organizations, or maintenance organizations and obtaining the operation approval from leading aviation authorities; EASA and FAA certification experience is preferred.
3.Experience in overseas airline operations management or airworthiness compliance management, including airworthiness certification process for aircraft introduction, aircraft lease return /title transfer with multilateral authority participation.
4.Proficient in English document drafting and business communication, with demonstrated experience in regulatory communication with aviation authorities.
