As a key member of a team of industry experts, you will play a vital role in ensuring our fleet operates at world-class standards of safety and reliability, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

• NZCE, LAME or NZIM Diploma of management, or
• BEng Degree, preferably with aerospace modules completed, or
• Equivalent industry experience (8 years minimum).
• Knowledge and experience in powerplant systems (PW123 preferred)
• High level of attention to detail.
• High level of proficiency in the use of digital tools and apps, in particular MS Office suite and SAP experience,
• Experience in a similar continuing airworthiness airline position would be advantageous.
• Sound knowledge and excellent communication skills to rapidly gain credibility with Engineers, Technicians and Management teams.
