OVERVIEW

Do you love the energy of an airport environment? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee RX’s airport operations.

This dynamic role will be accountable for managing ground handling operations, making sure regulations are followed, improving our guest experience, and keeping sound relations with stakeholders in order to support operational excellence and our airline's business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure day-to-day airport operations, including passenger services, ramp, check-in, baggage, lounge, and ticketing are conducted in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

• Represent Riyadh Air at AOC meetings, airport committees, and regulatory forums, liaising effectively with customs, immigration, airport operators, and other key authorities.

• Lead the airport team, including frontline leaders and customer service staff, ensuring high performance, motivation, grooming standards, and adherence to operational SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree qualified with at least 8 years of progressive experience in Airport or Ground Operations.

• At least 5 years of prior managerial experience.

• Proven track record in managing airport operations, including passenger services, ramp operations, baggage handling, and load control.

• Experience in station start-up or launch preferred.
