As an AircraftTechnical Records Engineer, you should be able to:


  • Ensure that the integrity of all aircraft records is accomplished in a timely manner.
  • Perform maintenance reviews through electronic records system, approve and ensure aircraft, engine, or component records are correct with legible content and match records in a computer system (AMOS).
  •  Audit aircraft records received from the contracted aircraft maintenance organization (AMO) to ensure completeness.
  • Report and resolve any discrepancies and incomplete aircraft records with OEM, MRO, and repair facilities.
  • Prepare the delivery bible records in the electronic records system.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Completion of aircraft maintenance and records management training is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks (CAAP, EASA, FAA).
  • At least four (4) years of experience in technical records management, aircraft documentation, or airline maintenance operations.
  • Solid understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and component tracking.
  • Experience with aircraft lease redelivery, airworthiness documentation, and maintenance planning preferred.
  • Working knowledge of aviation maintenance systems (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, OASES).
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
