• Display instructor competencies and uphold standards
• Provide good quality training to pilots at Etihad Airways
• Provide a positive role model to all other personnel
• Provide training system and course feedback
• Develop the potential and skills of the pilots

Desired qualifications and experience:

• 3 years as Instructor/Examiner
• 1000 hours of FSTD training
• 1000 hours of LIFUS/IOE experience
• Good technical knowledge
• Previous experience with MPL Training, Evidence-based Training (EBT) and/or AQP/ATQP are an advantage
