POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY


  • Administering job management, organizational structure, and design within MAHB Group to ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction and business requirements.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS


Job Management


  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate job inventory for the MAHB Group to ensure alignment with the total positions and warm bodies recorded in the Manpower Planning (MPP) data.
  • Execute the creation and maintenance of job descriptions to reflect the responsibilities, qualifications, and skills required for each role.
  • Collaborate with Human Capital and other departments to ensure job management and competencies assignment aligns with Human Capital framework and organizational goal.


Organizational Structure & Design


  • Ensure positions in the system are managed properly and tagged accordingly based on business requirements.
  • Map the organizational structure in accordance to the latest approval.
  • Assist in seeking necessary approvals and signatures for all proposed organizational structures.
  • Support job evaluations by gathering relevant data required for the exercise.
  • Compile and safekeep all approved organizational structures for future reference.


SAP Maintenance


  • Create and maintain positions upon the placement of new roles.
  • Conduct regular data cleansing to ensure the accuracy and relevance of job-related data.


Key Challenges:


  • Timely update of organizational mapping.
  • Timely update of organizational inventory.


Skills:


  • Good in written and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Knowledge in SAP Organization Management Module.
  • Have sufficient knowledge in all areas of human resource functions, which include recruitment, manpower planning, and office administration.
  • Team work, excellent communication skills with various level of people, fast leaner, self-starter with positive attitude


Education:


  • Diploma in preferably with specialization in Human Resources or Business Administration


Relevant Industries:


  • Diploma with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
  • CGPA > 2.8
