Requirements



  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Org Psychology or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Management
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, talent assessment tools and coaching preferred
  • Good EQ and able to work with stakeholders of all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven and proactive, resourceful, with a passion for talent development and people growth
  • Able to work independently and collaborate as a team
  • Comfortable with data and preparation of papers/proposals
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of talent management trends and best practices
