Key Responsibilities

• Support Proof of Concept Project of implementation of learning technologies, eg AI and VRItem 2 of 6, 
• Assist in streamlining the analytical process by identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation tools, and enhancing data workflows to improve the accuracy and speed of reporting of learning dataItem 3 of 6, 
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to guide improvements in training programsItem 4 of 6, 
• Contribute to building comprehensive and automated dashboards to reduce manual effortsItem 5 of 6, 
• Support the LMS revamp, support project management, especially on the data analytics front of LMSItem 6 of 6, 
• Participate in the researching efforts for the latest learning technologies in the market

Requirements

• Year 2 or above undergraduates from data analysis, training, statistics or relevant majorItem 2 of 10, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsItem 3 of 10, Experience in the relevant software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. is essential
